What to expect when you arrive at our dealership:

Customer parking is in front of the dealership just off Highway Two. There is also service customer parking in front of the Quick Lane service entrance. When we are busy this parking may fill up. If that is the case when you arrive there is parking on the Sears side of the building to the west of the dealership. The main entrance to the store brings you to the sales department. The receptionist desk is straight ahead as you enter the front door, and Kara is there during business hours. Feel free to ask her for directions or to find your sales person if you have an appointment. Our inventory is available for viewing 24/7 and our friendly staff is available during business hours to help you find just the right vehicle. Of course you can get all the details about each vehicle here on our web site at any time, or on your mobile device in our store using our free WIFI!

Our sales consultants are highly trained to be able to find the right vehicle for you while respecting your time. We have a fully trained finance staff to allow you to complete the whole purchase experience quick and hassle free.

If you are coming for service work on your vehicle the entrances for service are just to the left of the showroom. For mechanical repair, or if you have an appointment, the first two doors brings you into the service drive. Just pull up to the door and it will open automatically. Drive on in, and stop in front of the service advisors offices. They are about half way into the drive. Chris and Tyler are ready to assist you when you get out of your vehicle. If you are looking for quick service you have come to the right place! We operate our Quick Lane service each day servicing all makes and models, and the entrances are the two doors to the left of the main service entrance. We do quick service on a first come, first serve basis, or by appointment. Just park in our convenient parking in front of the Quicklane office and come on in. Terry and Tim will be ready to get your information and help you keep your vehicle in tip top condition.

If you find yourself in need of body estimates or repairs our body shop is towards the back of the dealership on the Sears side. You can pull right up to the overhead door and walk in the main door adjacent to it. Rod's office is right inside the door and he can assist you with your estimate needs and take care of all the insurance work for you as well. We stand behind all our body work with a life of ownership guarantee, and we are a preferred vendor for all major insurance carriers.

Our waiting area is available to all our guests, and it is equipped with WIFI, TV, lots of comfortable chairs and the best free coffee in town! We also have snacks and a vending machine for 75 cent pop! If you need a ride somewhere while we work we will be happy to drop you off anywhere in town, and we also have a limited availability for loaners and rentals if you need to go farther. If you are too busy to bring your vehicle to us we will be happy to pick it up and deliver it back to you anywhere in Devils Lake!
